The plastic surgeon told me McGhan breast implants are better than silicone implants? But I read in the internet that McGhan is also silicone? So does this mean McGhan is just a brand name of the silicone implant?
Would the surgeon know what breast size is SUITABLE for your body type or is it based on what you want them to insert in you?

I also see there are a lot of options/styles to choose from so I’m confused what is suitable for me as the implants are based on CC and not cup size I mean if I want a 34B what/how many CC is that?
Why is silicone better than saline?
I want the implants to look as natural as possible, without that ring or obvious cleavage look that looks so fake, if you are familiar with Kelly Rowland (former Destiny’s Child singer) she had implants and her boobs look natural and is just the right size/cup for her body.
Here in the Philippines there are a lot of plastic surgeons but the question is whether they know what they are doing? here you tell them to put 34B and they follow you without telling you what they think because they are not like the surgeons in the US who actually KNOWS how to make you look better. Is there anyone out there who knows a tried-and-tested plastic surgeon here in Manila Philippines who is a surgeon to the stars (meaning have excellent surgeon skills)??

My dr., who is the top plastic surgeon for implants in the area, swears over the muscle is the better way to go. Any women with Breast implants tell me what you did and why. Thanks! My surgery is on tuesday and I am kinda taking a poll. I don’t need self righteous women tell me don’t do it. I am doing it and happy about it!

I would like to go to college to become a plastic surgeon, specializing in breast implants, liposuction, that kind of thing but I really don’t know how to go about it. Could anyone tell me what the steps are and how long it would take? And if anyone can recommend any colleges that would be helpful, somewhere in the Los Angeles area or anywhere nice in Southern California. Thank you : )
