I was reading an article about breast implants etc. and a girl had commented that after the procedure you can’t perform physical activity for 8 months.I thought that you can’t perform physical activity for a month or so.So,really,how much time should someone wait before hitting the gym again?It depends on the patient or there is a certain period of time during which exercise should be avoided?

It really depends on the type of surgery and what your doctor recommends. Again, what sort of exercises would again on what type (under the breast cut, or areola cut) and how you are healing after the surgery. If you are having this done, make sure to write down all these questions for your doctor.
