Question by babyblue: For anyone with breast implants?
What was the surgery like before and after? Do they feel real? Was your outcome a positive or a negative one? Did you get sick after the surgery? Is it true that your boobs are very obviously fake? I know nothing about this stuff… reason why is cuz I’m an A-cup at 23 and thinking of going in to get surgery… nothing too dramatic, maybe go up one cup size. Any advice would be much appreciated. I did see a surgeon and had a consultation… I just want to talk to anyone who’s actually had the surgery and what their experiences were. Thanks

I am getting ready to have my 3rd baby in a few weeks and I havent found much info about breast feeding with implants (mine are saline). My doctor has just told me that every woman is different, but I would love to hear eighther success of difficulty stories from woman who have been through this.
I breast fed my 1st two children for 3 months before it dried up onits own. I know breast milk is better for the baby than formula, and I also enjoyed that it helped me take off the baby weight so quickly. So these are the things I am wondering about.
Did your breasts gorge really bad w/ implants?
Was your milk supply efficient?
Was it more painful?
How did the shape of your breast return after breast feeding?
Should I even attempt to start?
How long did you produce?
Any feedback would be helpful. Thanks

I have implants and I breastfed my baby. I did get ingorged but no more than I did for my daughter (didnt have them then). My milk supply was very efficient, it wasnt anymore painful than my first time. My breasts are still pretty but just hang a little more than before….which makes them look even more natural. I am all for breastfeeding so of course I would encourage you to do it. I did it for 3 mths then I supplemented for an additional month and then I quit. I was thinking about getting implants and was wondering how painful it is immediately after. Could I do light work a week after the procedure? If anyone can tell me about pain, what to expect, scarring etc I’d really appreciate it. Any before and after pictures??? I’m thinking about going from a B to a C…just putting back what I somehow lost in college so hopefully it won’t be too noticeable b/c they were already once a C….has anyone been in this situation??? How about the anatomical implants vs/ round…I’m trying to go as natural as possible. I heard about new gel implants but I’m nervous to try something so new. Any feedback would be appreciated. My wife, age 32, after 6 children, has lost most of her breast size. She is 5′5″ tall, weighs 115. She is going for a DD final size. She is hotter now than ever before, but she feels the implants will take her to the next level of confidence. With the implants, she is plenty hot enough to strip if she wanted to–and she might. I feel she may find it difficult to find a doctor in the USA who would do the large implants, which would make her noticibly top-heavy. Help her find the right doctor–will travel anywhere.

I don’t think she should go to that size right away… SO SO SO MANY HEALTH RISKS!!! Please restore your confidence in her and tell her if she must get the PLEASE start out smaller!!!
