The implants themselves cost about ,000, Silicone is more expensive about 00. Then there are the doctor’s fee, anesthesiologist fees, and room fees. The total cost depends on the Dr. and where you live (for e.g. they are more expensive in NY, NY than in Iowa). The average cost can range from 4,000 to 15,000. I got mine from a Manhattan surgeon and they were 9,000.
If something does go wrong, which is rare but possible, the Dr. will usually do it for free. But you will still have to pay for the anesthesiologist fees, and room fees, and possibly another implant. So always have money set aside for that.

I have had implants for 8 years now and was wondering if the surgeon charges for taking out the old ones.

Last summer my step mom underwent a breast implants procedure and she’s really happy with the results. Where I live a there are certain surgeons that are better than others. Thanks for the concern guys, but I don’t want implants because I’m listening to the media or I don’t feel sexy enough. I know and believe I am a fun, sexy girl. I don’t need the implants and I will not regret it later. I want implants because I have been pretty much flat chested my whole life! I am 21 and I am a confident young woman. I want implants for MYSELF, to make myself MORE confident, MORE comfortable with talking off my shirt lol. Thanks!

you should love yourself for you, Bigger boobs don’t make you sexier, especially when they’re fake. Don’t change yourself just because the media says to do it.
Flat Chested isn’t that Bad, I love Smaller Boobs, I Hate Giant Boobs like Double D. You have smaller boobs, they’re sexier to me than fake hard implants. Guy’s who only care about your boobs are assholes, they should love you for you, not what is on your chest!
