Breast Implant questions. -Please answer if you have experienced this!!!-?

Question by Isabella L: Breast Implant questions. -Please answer if you have experienced this!!!-?
Well, I will try to make this as short as possible.
My whole life, or at least since i’ve started developing, i have extremely small breasts.
It’s just even better to say, i barely developed at all.
I am turning 19 next month.
I am skinny, and short, about 5′2. And maybe 110 pounds.
I used to be anorexic, which could POSSIBLY be why i don’t have much, but on the other side, my family has always had small ones. ):.
anyways, ever since starting school, from say, 5th grade on, I have been made fun of.( I have always been made fun of in school, but from a certain point on included being made fun of because of my smallness)
i cam home crying every day, even when i was in high school.
from half of 10th grade on, i was home schooled.
even my mom put me down one day, and said i’ll never get any bigger.
and i am a lot healthier now, than when i was anorexic. i have gained so much weight.
and unfortunatly, not any in my breasts.
to top it off, i am an extremely self contious person.
i modeled a while back, and stopped for a while, but would love to get back into it.

but every day, whether it’s a few times thru the day, or even just once.
I think about my breasts. and how hideous they are.

implants have been something i have always wanted. since i was 13.
and i’m still sticking to it.
i have seriously tried everything. i have tried eating more, but i didn’t gain weight in that area, i have tried pills, i have tried creams, i have tried myths that people tell me about rubbing them for a few minutes every day.
still to find, they have not gotten even an inch bigger.
in this day and age. a womens look is everything to anyone really. and with all the tv, and even just girls in the neighborhood. it’s hard for females like myself, to get by with the way we look.

so, i am finally going to get implants.
and i definatly am going to do it soon.
to be honest, even if something goes wrong with the sleeping stuff, and i die, i want them to finish. i know it sounds stupid/crazy, but i really want this.

also, i would like to know if theres any other way i can pay for it.
even if its like monthly payments??
i don’t have much money, and i don’t have a credit card, and i have tried, but i can never get approved.
now before you say save for it. i’m not going to..
for 1, i cannot wait. i will not wait.
and 2. i’m one of those people who is afraid the world will end in 2012, and i’m not going to waste my time and save, when i can have those 2 and a half years, happy with my body.

anyways, experienced women..
i guess just tell me everything. what you experienced during the process, and after.

this is one thing that i really want in life. so please, don’t put me down about it.

just help me out.

i think there is a way you can make payments, but have you been to a consultation with a surgeon? ask them…also remember the anesthesia bill is a large part in the bill. depending on where you live breast implants can cost anywhere between 6,000-10,000 dollars. think about this before rushing into surgery

will terrorist use new techniques such as breast implant bombs to foil body scanners?

Question by Pragmatic1: will terrorist use new techniques such as breast implant bombs to foil body scanners?
Al Qaeda Now Planning Breast Implant Bombs?

Always keeping a step ahead of the technology, these maniacs now may try to use boob bombs as just one of the newest techniques possible planned foil to body scanners.

Britain is facing a new Al Qaeda terror threat from suicide ‘body bombers’ with explosives surgically inserted inside them.

Until now, terrorists have attacked airlines, Underground trains and buses by secreting bombs in bags, shoes or underwear to avoid detection.

But an operation by MI5 has uncovered evidence that Al Qaeda is planning a new stage in its terror campaign by inserting ‘surgical bombs’ inside people for the first time.

Security services believe the move has been prompted by the recent introduction at airports of body scanners, which are designed to catch terrorists before they board flights.

It is understood MI5 became aware of the threat after observing increasingly vocal internet ‘chatter’ on Arab websites this year.

The warning comes in the wake of the failed attempt by London-educated Nigerian Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab to blow up an airliner approaching Detroit on Christmas Day.
One security source said: ‘If the terrorists are talking about this, we need to be ready and do all we can to counter the threat.’

A leading source added that male bombers would have the explosive secreted near their appendix or in their buttocks, while females would have the material placed inside their breasts in the same way as figure-enhancing implants.

breast implant questions?

Question by Sienna’s mommy: breast implant questions?
so im only 20 and just had a baby, i breast fed her for a while and although my boobs are still pretty much the same as they were before, i can still notice a difference so it got me thinking, when i have another one, i do plan on breast feeding so much more than i did with her since now i know what to expect (unless another baby turns out completely different from my daughter) anyway, at that point im sure my boobs would be noticeably different. i have always been the type to say i wouldnt want to get implants or any plastic surgery type of procedure, but noticing body changes kinda makes a difference. so i wanted to know if anyone has been kind of in the same predicament as i am and how it turned out if u did get implants. and im not talking about going from my small B to a DD, thats not what i want, i just want to fill them back up and pick them up a little. and also, i say i only want 2 kids so i plan on doing it when i give her another sibling, but what if i got pregnant AFTER the surgery, what happens? details please. i would appreciate as much info as possible!! thank you!

I got implants when I was 20. I had both my kids way after that and I nursed both of them; my implants never affected my milk supply or ability to nurse.

Mine are under the muscle and you can nurse if they’re there. If you get them over the muscle, you might have difficulty nursing (at least that what i think i remember being told). If your breasts are pretty small (AorB), under the muscle shouldn’t be a problem; If your breasts are large, or you have alot of skin, they’ll probavbly suggest you go OVER the muscle.

ETA- I don’t know much about the belly button, I’ve heard of it but it was still pretty new when I got mine. I believe you can go over or under through the belly button too (i don’t see any reason why you wouldn’t be able to). Mine are under the armpit (transaxillary), you can’t see my scars because they cut along one of the folds under your armpit.

Is it common to have soreness 8 months after implant surgery?

Question by MsC: Is it common to have soreness 8 months after implant surgery?
In May 2008 I had breast augmentation surgery (please don’t judge–I had gastric bypass in ‘04 and, while now thin, I am in need of cosmetic surgery like this and beyond). My procedure went very well and after a few days of pain I was back to work. I followed my doctor’s orders to the letter and went back for my check-ups. The last one was my 6 month evaluation. I’m not due to go back again until May for a 1-year exam.

It took some time for sensation to return to my nipples. In the past couple of months, that sensation has been mostly unpleasant. You know how your breasts feel sore and tender when you’re on your period? Well, mine feel like that nearly all the time now! My good friend had implants done about a year before me and she has referred to having overly-sensitive nipples. I would classify what I’m feeling, though, as borderline painful. Is this normal? Will it subside?

I don’t know if it matters or not, but for reference, I had silicone implants and am now a large C/small D-cup. I don’t think they’re too large because when I was a heavy woman, I was a D-cup so I definitely had the room & extra skin to accomodate what the surgery gave me!

Thanks for any info/input!
