When should I take my test? Does this sound like pregnancy symptoms to you?

Question by RainbowBrite: When should I take my test? Does this sound like pregnancy symptoms to you?
I need some MATURE insight here, it would be greatly appreciated. Here is the deal I will try to make this not so lengthy by making a timeline of dates and events.

7/2- I get my period
7/6- Period ends and I start taking Birth Control for the first time ever in my life
7/12- Missed a pill on a Sunday, that evening I started my period or “artificial period” whatever it was it lasted for an entire week!
7/27- Had unprotected sex with my boyfriend but he did not ejaculate in me this night
7/28- I came off the birth control completely
7/31- Had unprotected sex with my boyfriend again and this time he did ejaculate in me

8/3rd, 4th and 5th- Had Period like pains but no period… still no period and I had cramps in my uterus and even cramps in my right ovary. Some say it was from “rough sex” and maybe it was. The cramping still happens on and off.
8/6- Had unprotected sex with my boyfriend (pull out method) although I think he may have ejaculated a little bit inside of me
8/7- Had unprotected sex again with my boyfriend which was pull out method again.
8/8- (This morning) I woke up with my breasts feeling VERY sore. I have breast implants by the way so I do not know if my breasts would still get sore if I am pregnant. They were ridiculously sore!

I did get a little dizzy last night when I got up to get something out of the closet. We had sex this morning and I peed afterwards and when I wiped it was a brownish/clearish color but I figured that was just from the sex we had. As you can see, I stopped taking the birth control completely on July 28th so I am not sure when I am due for another real period. I took an Ovulation test the day after he ejaculated in me (August 1st) and my ovulation test said I was ovulating… I really don’t know what to think or do at this point. I know I can only wait but I do not even know when I am DUE a period so how am I supposed to know when I have missed one besides having to wait the ENTIRE month before testing. I know it is probably too soon to test now, what do you ladies think? Could I really be pregnant?

Also thought I would add sometimes I think I have started my period but I go to the bathroom and its just clear or white discharge, nothing smelly and it does not itch either.

Can you have implantation bleeding after pregnancy is confirmed?

Question by EB588: Can you have implantation bleeding after pregnancy is confirmed?
I am 10 days past ovulation. (I’ve been testing for LH surges and charting my temps.) Last night, I had a positive pregnancy test. I’ve been trying for over a year after a miscarriage and am so thankful.

However, this morning, I have had slight spotting. It’s brown and not enough for a pad.

Could this be implantation bleeding? I know it’s the right time for it according to the books, but based on the pregnancy test and the fact I’ve had sore breasts for 5 days now, the baby must have implanted before today.

I’m such a wreck. I’ve been praying for this baby forever. I’ve waited years. My last miscarriage started with spotting, although it was weeks into the pregnancy.

I’ve tried talking to doctors, but none will discuss pregnancy this early into it unless there are complications.
I think I was overly worried because while I’ve heard that pelvic exams and other “adult” activities can cause spotting, I haven’t had either in 11 days. (TMI, I know.) Maybe I’m just being jumpy because of my last pregnancy outcome.
Kitten – thanks for your input. It is odd to me to that the doctors aren’t more helpful. Back when I had my first child 9 years ago, I was in right away for a prenatal check-up. Nowadays they don’t want to see you until you’re 12 weeks. In January 2008 when I had a miscarriage, I had to call 3 doctors and lie and say I had bad cramps before I could get one to look at me – and at that point I was bleeding heavily. I think it may be because in my area doctors are overbooked. There have been clinics closing down due to the economy, so it may be part of it. I’m not sure.

Some brown spotting is normal early in pregnancy. It could be left over from implantation bleeding. Try not to worry unless the blood is red or it is accompanied by cramps. Remember that your cervix will become more sensitive, so other um, activities, or medical exams could cause spotting as well. Congrats on your pregnancy!

Could my egg not have implanted correctly? Also, positive pregnancy after m/c stories?

Question by apt_to_explode: Could my egg not have implanted correctly? Also, positive pregnancy after m/c stories?
Hi, I suffered a miscarriage at 8 weeks, which was confirmed the last Sunday of October. I estimated ovulation around November 14th and believe I concieved. I am now experiencing pregnancy symptoms like before- breast/nipple soreness/firmness/growth, period-like cramps, fatigue, frequent urination, some naseau, trouble sleeping, etc. I am very worried to miscarry again, but am trying to relax and stay stress-free. I estimate I’m about 3 weeks. My question is- I read online that if you have vigorous sexual intercourse around the time of implantation, the egg can be deterred from implanting properly and can lead to a chemical pregnancy. I had vigorous sexual intercourse on one night for about a half hour- it seems like really bad odds that the egg would have been implanting right on that day in that half hour, but is it possible? Is this true, can this really happen?

Also, does anyone have positive pregnancy after m/c stories to share? Esp. getting pregnant right away? Thanx so much!

That is not true at all. Up until I found out I was pregnant and had to tone it down a little, my husband and I had rough sex every day. I am very pregnant and my egg implanted perfectly. Don’t stress out its bad for you and the baby. Just enjoy being pregnant. If you miscarry it is because of a genetic defect with the embryo nothing you did.

I forgot to add my sister in law had 5 miscarriages before having 2 healthy babies. No matter the amount of miscarriages it IS possible to carry a healthy baby to term. STICKY BABY VIBES TO YOU!!!!!!

The pain you feel may be the implantation.
