Question by Cloe..: Weight loss after pregnancy?
I am currently 7 months and a week pregnant due on June 30th (like most women will probably go early). I was 135 pounds and 5′8″ to start out with and went to the gym 3 days a week and was in great shape before. Now obviously I understand my body is changing as I am growing my own little person but I am wondering what an ideal timeframe is to lose the weight after. I am hoping to be able to wear a bikini by August 26th as I have a vacation planned.
This will allow me exactly 56 days from my due date (unless I go sooner) to lose about 35 pounds which is the usual gain. I am told I am all belly and gained about 24 pounds so far.
I will obviously be walking and getting as much exercise as I can within reason from my doctor but will be changing my diet drastically to eating things like protein shakes, chicken, salmon, steamed veggies and so forth.
Will I be able to lose it in that timeframe? Any advice?
I will be breastfeeding for 1 month if my breast implants allow.

Trust me, you won’t feel like going on holiday that soon after birth. You will feel too knackered.

All I can tell you is that breasts typically go up around two cup sized during pregnancy, and it usually happens I believe starting in the second trimester. If you breastfeed your breasts will stay large because they will be filled with milk, when you stop breasts feeding, your breasts will stop producing milk and your breasts will reduce in size again.
Don’t get implants though, they are so unhealthy and with them you can’t breastfeed because it is unhealthy for the baby.
I Hope this answered your question.
Good luck with your baby
and Blessings

Question by JussCurious: BOOB question.. Breast Implants and Pregnancy
I was wondering.. I know that when you get pregnant, your boobs get really sore and change a lot.. Well, if you have breast implants, then will it be worse, because they are already tight and firm?
Has anyone with implants out there had a baby and had issues before or after?

My cousin had implants and then had a baby. It wasn’t worse and she didnt have any issues, they just got HUGE cause it was adding on to her already D boobs.

Question by samantha m: Breast implants and pregnancy???
I had implants put in after my second child. I thought I was done having children and suffered dramatic loss of volume in my breasts. I had my son 4 days ago and my milk is coming in. I’m not breast feeding so my milk will go away in a couple of days. Im just wondering if anyone has had a similar situation and if it effected your implants. Did they sag, or stetch or leave stretch marks??
Just a p.s cause I know someone will say this. He is healthy and I know its vain but I take alot of pride in my looks and I’d like to be able to prepare myself for whats to come. AND I’m not choosing not to nurse because of the implant…i never did before the implants either.

So glad you’ve got your priorities in line…there.
Edit: It’s just crazy to me that you had your child a mere 4 days ago and you’re on the computer worrying about potential stretch marks on your purchased boobs….rather than focusing on your baby or doing the best thing you can do for your baby, breastfeeding him!!! It’s one thing to want to look good…but my goodness….when you’re a mother, that comes second! Your child comes first. Well in my world…but not in yours.
