I was just wondering if there were any black women who have had breast implants did you have any before and after photos. All of the before and after photo’s that I have viewed have been for non – blacks.

I really cant afford buying breasts at full price. Is there a payment plan available? Would I have to go through like a bank, or could i just get it through the doctor’s office? Would my credit matter? And approximately how much would it cost all together, ballpark number including anesthesia, implants, post-op visits?
